When avoiding Luxottica, there is more to it than simply avoiding the “Luxottica” and “LensCrafters” brands. They run in many circles from manufacturing, to licensing, to retail and even vision insurance.
These are the brands to avoid if you’d like to pay a reasonable amount for eyeglasses in the future.

Nooooo! Not Ray-Ban!
Shoot. I haven’t been able to find a close enough version of the RB 2016 Daddy-O Square sunglasses at any of the online places.

You should add US Vision stores which include JC Penney Optical, Sears & Target. Lux also does business with BJ’s Optical in NY. I worked for Lux paying providers for over 3 years and was ill every day with the way they operate and do business. Upper management has no idea how crooked the department managers and directors are. I will NEVER shop at any of their stores. I worked there and still bought my contacts at Sam’s!
I’ve told you who I am, please tell me who you are and why the hattered toward Luxottica? Maybe we could get a dialog going. G
